Digital downloads
How do digital products work?
Buy → check your inbox a couple of minutes later. You'll get a link to download the files. The link works for 72 hours; if you need it re-sent, just reply to the order email.
What file formats do you provide?
Most digital products are PDFs. Planners and journals also include GoodNotes and Notability versions, optimized for iPad annotation. The Reader's Journal Ebook is a fully editable Canva template.
Can I print at home?
Yes — every printable is sized for both A4 and US Letter, and the colors are calibrated for warm cream stock. A standard inkjet at home prints them beautifully. Heavier paper stock makes coloring books and prints feel more luxurious.
What's the difference between Personal and Commercial license?
Personal license: print as many copies as you want for yourself or your household. Commercial license: rebrand and resell under your own name (PLR-style), to a maximum of 50 clients. The commercial price covers the additional rights.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. India: ₹99 flat shipping (free over ₹1,499). International: flat rates by package size — ₹799 (small, e.g. bookmarks), ₹1,499 (medium, e.g. calendar), ₹2,499 (large bundles).
How long does shipping take?
India: 3–5 business days from when the order ships. International: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Every order ships from the studio after we've confirmed payment on WhatsApp.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We're a small startup. Every piece is made or printed to order, and we check each one ourselves before it leaves the studio. Because of that, we don't offer returns or exchanges — we'd rather take a question before the sale than a complaint after. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram before you buy if anything's on your mind. We love a chat.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Reach out on WhatsApp with a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right. Damage in transit is a different conversation from change of mind.
Payment & ordering
How do I pay?
Right now, every order is finalized over WhatsApp. After you place your order on the site, you'll get a confirmation email + a deflection page with a WhatsApp link. Message us with that order ID and we'll share UPI / bank details for payment. Once payment lands, your files are emailed (digital) or your package goes out (physical).
Will Razorpay / online payment come later?
Yes — once our merchant account is approved (working on it). The site will swap to direct UPI/card checkout without needing the WhatsApp step.
Do you take international cards?
Once Razorpay is live, yes. For now, message us on WhatsApp and we can arrange international payment via Wise or PayPal.
